Stopped in for a trip to see the caverns. We were met at the plane with a cart to help haul the bags to the rental. We rented from the FBO because enterprise was going to be closed when we arrived. Everything went well with the rental and the plane was fueled and ready when we returned. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again

Great service and great airport!!

After arrival, discovered a cowl flap had separated from its hinge and was hanging only by the control rod. Ernie of Chandler Aviation found a charter mechanic who was able to repair it in about 20 minutes. The alternative was hiring a mechanic in Roswell to drive down for the repair. Ernie was working the shift alone, fueled several aircraft and took great care of us.

Very nice folks here and will return! No taxi service to town (and the hotels) but the folks working here and other pilots were wonderful giving me a ride. Then the clerk at the Fairfield hotel (Belle) gave me a ride back to the airport the next morning. Wonderful experience!

Experience was same as others posted. Came to see the Caverns with family. Stayed the night, rented their car, which is convenient, and due to t-storms in the area, kept plane in hangar. Everything was ready next morning for departure. The FBO & service is a tremendous improvement over the last time I was here (about 11 years ago). Well done!

Beautiful facility. Friendly attendants. Self Serve fuel is inside a cabinet; clean and tidy!

Great all around. Rented the Chevy for trip to Caverns. Figure a 4-hour turnaround. The caves are amazing. Stayed at the not so amazing Carlsbad Inn, but for $60 all the essentials worked bed was good, water hot... Nothing bit me. $40 cheaper than the Motel 6 or Super 8. Good basic accommodations for a single guy.

Had excellent dealings with the friendly staff. We rented a very nice Chevy Malibu. The facilities were nicely decorated and the atmosphere welcoming.

Rented a car from them. New Malibu for $70/night. IT was waiting, running, A/C on when we got there. Due to heat we paid $26 and change per night for a hangar. Well worth it. The inside of the FBO was one of the most nicely decorated we've ever been in. The staff was excellent. When I returned as scheduled the plane was out in front and topped off as requested. 1977 Piper Turbo Arrow. Definitely will stop by again if ever in the area.

Visited 1/16/2015 in our Cessna Citation. Refreshing to find such a beautiful interior, with all amenities at the Chandler Aviation FBO. No expense spared makes for comfortable hangout for flight crew. This is first time my passengers complemented the interior design at a FBO. Thanks for your hospitality Brando and crew.

I don't remember exactly when I stopped at CNM last but I do know things have changed! It's still a sleepy airport but Chandler Aviation has turned it into an exceptional one. Their FBO is first-class and the self-serve pump has one of the best prices in NM.

This is my second flight into chandler, and as with the last experience it was wonderful. The fob has world class facilities that rival those of any FBO in the country. Parking was easy and fuel was at a good rate.

Flew into KCNM over Memorial weekend 2014 and hangared the plane at Chandler Aviation. The service at Chandler Aviation was fantastic. Reminded my of years past when customer service was paramount. The facilities are relatively new and first rate.

We were flying home on Easter Sunday and looking for a good fuel stop. We had never landed in Carlsbad and decided to give it a try. We called and they said they would send someone out to meet us even though they were closed. WOW...NOW THAT IS SERVICE YOU DON'T NORMALLY SEE!!!!!!! The FBO was absolutely high end. I thought Midland's was nicely decorated but this one is WAY nicer. The fuel price was more than reasonable and the lineman (Brandon...Ok, he's a bit more than the lineman) was very hospitable and willing to help any way he could. They have refrigerated hangar rental for $28 per night or so, rental cars for going to Carlsbad Caverns or wherever. We will definitely return to explore this place and it is all due to Chandler's customer service and facilities.

Thunderstorms were expected so Doug Chandler pulled us right into the hangar. We planned to stay two nights but thunderstorms required us to stay three. I called Doug Chandler and he was very available and was OK for the additional time in the hangar and with their rental car. Then he came out to gas us up and settle up on Easter Sunday morning. Great customer service.

Stopped here for an overnight enroute from Kansas to Palm Springs. What a pleasant surprise. The FBO facility is beautiful - probably the nicest appointed I've ever seen. Brandon was very prompt and helpful - topped us off, found some hangar space for our plane for the night, pointed us to a nice restaurant, and sent us off with a crew car. Really nice, friendly, and accommodating. We'll definitely stop here again. Thanks Brandon!

We flew in for 2 days on our way to Alaska and were met by Brandon and Matt they arranged a rental for us, hotel reservation, also recommended a few places for us to visit and were very accommodating. The FBO is first class.

Wife and I flew into Carlsbad in our Comanche 250 on May 16. Facilities and staff are fantastic. Self-serve Avgas was also right next to Chandler Aviation. Rental car was brought out to the car as we unloaded the plane. Great time at the cave. After 2 days we left the car in the designated spot and took off in a cool New Mexico morning for our next adventure. Excellent FBO

We flew in to Carlsbad on Monday, May 13. No sooner had I stepped out of the airplane when the FBO rental car pulled up, ready for us to unload our bags. The paperwork for the car was quick and painless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities inside are top notch and very clean. Our departure the next day was delayed due to weather and the FBO was very understanding and generous in handling the unplanned extra overnight with the car. We requested to be present when fueling for departure and the fuel truck was there within a minute of request. We were very impressed with the service received and would definitely come back again.

I was very impressed with the facilities and the kind helpful staff. They have 2 courtesy vehicles with hotels and restaurants nearby. I called ahead and they had a vehicle waiting for me. They use Avfuel, which I always look for to get Avtrip points and high quality avgas. Thanks Chandler Aviation!!

Flew in to visit the Caverns Nat. Park. Outstanding service from line crew (Matt and James), beautiful facilities, very convenient rental car (from FBO; Enterprise was out). Good recommendations for hotel and food. Overall a great experience -- epitomizes the reason we travel GA. We'll be back with friends.

Great stop--self-serve pump is only 200 yards to the FBO (go past passenger terminal) to next building, which is the FBO. Nice decor. We'll be back!

Excellent FBO. We stayed there for 3 nights the last part of Sept. Car was waiting as promised and was a very good car with low rates. We will visit this FBO again if in the area.

Staff is very customer oriented and service is great. We have stayed at this airport several times to visit our son in Carlsbad (what a boom town). Chandler does a first rate job. Thanks to Don Chandler and his team (small though it may be).

Held our regional Grumman fly-in at KCNM over the weekend. Matt from Chandler personally parked, tied down and accommodated 20 aircraft and 50 folks in a few hours. Gave us the entire pilots lounge to use as our registration area, arranged pickup of rental cars, and treated us like royalty. He held off fueling aircraft until early morning to avoid expansion due to 107 F temperatures. Excellent service.. Superb facilities... Matt knows great customer service! Great stop!

Good service. I parked, tied-down the plane, and went inside. They told me where I could find the car keys and contract that Enterprise left for me (the FBO and Enterprise don't have an official relationship). They let me drive the rental car to the plane as necessary and it was fueled for me before I returned for departure. I'd come back.

Stopped on our round trip from TUS to SPI in our Archer. Bucking headwinds on our return to TUS, Aaron met us at the plane, offered the crew car and steered us to the motel and food. Friendly, excellent service and a great stopover FBO. We will return. Thanks
